1. Portland Cement Mortar Lining Ordinary Portland cement mortar lining is the most common type of internal anti-corrosion lining for ductile iron pipes. High-quality, inspected cement raw materials are selected to ensure the mortar is sturdy, dense, smooth, and adheres well to the iron surface without peeling. It is applied using a centrifugal method, resulting in uniform thickness. Pipes coated with cement mortar lining require steam curing at temperatures between 50-70°C for more than 8 hours.
2. High Alumina Cement Lining High alumina cement is a commonly used reinforced-grade anti-corrosion lining, offering advantages such as rapid hardening, high-temperature resistance, acid resistance, and erosion resistance. It is suitable for: stormwater and sewage discharge pipes, and pipelines conveying industrial or domestic wastewater containing certain chemical substances.

3. Cement + Epoxy Resin Lining Pipes with cement + epoxy resin lining feature strong coating adhesion, and resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts. A layer of water-based epoxy resin is sprayed onto the surface of the cement lining, forming a tough protective layer that solves the problem of rising pH levels affecting water quality.

4. Polyurethane Coating Lining Polyurethane coating offers excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic properties. It can be used both as an internal lining material and an external protective layer for ductile iron pipes. It is suitable for: drainage pipes requiring high lining standards and low friction coefficients, sewage pipes with high corrosivity, water conveyance pipelines for wastewater containing acids and alkalis, and seawater desalination projects.
5. Epoxy Ceramic Lining Pipes with epoxy ceramic lining offer advantages such as strong corrosion resistance, anti-static properties, and high wear resistance. They exhibit high adhesion and a smooth finish. They are suitable for: urban and rural water supply projects, municipal sewage discharge projects, demonstrating significant advantages especially in arid regions like deserts.
