Iraqi Delegation Tours Ductile Iron Pipe Plant for Cooperation Talks

To deepen international trade cooperation and strengthen our overseas market presence, a delegation of over ten Iraqi customers visited our production base on August 10 for an on‑site inspection and business talks. Our Sales Directors, Mr. Ma and Mr. Zhang, together with Mr. Li, Director of the Foreign Trade Department, hosted the visitors throughout the day, giving them a comprehensive, multi‑faceted view of our production capacity, technical processes, and product quality – laying a solid foundation for deeper strategic collaboration.

The Iraqi delegation arrived at our company in the morning, and both sides held a discussion in the conference room. Our management extended a warm welcome to the guests from Iraq. The session began with a corporate video showcasing our development history, core technologies, product portfolio, and market footprint, giving the visitors an intuitive and in‑depth understanding of our overall strength.

After the video, both parties had a concise and efficient exchange of views. The Iraqi customers raised questions on quality standards, specifications, production capacity, and delivery lead times, and Mr. Li provided detailed answers to each. The atmosphere was cordial and dynamic, and the clients highly appreciated our professional and transparent communication style.

Following the meeting, accompanied by Mr. Li, the delegation toured our digitalised production workshop.

The first stop was the smart factory data dashboard. Mr. Li explained the operation of our digital management system – covering production scheduling, equipment status, and quality inspection data, all of which are monitored in real time with intelligent analytics. The customers showed strong interest in this digital, visualised management model, pausing frequently to take photos and notes.

Along the digital visitor walkway, the delegation observed the entire production process of ductile iron pipes: from centrifugal casting, annealing, zinc spraying, hydraulic pressure testing, internal anti‑corrosion lining coating, lining curing, lining grinding, external anti‑corrosion spraying, to labelling, packaging, and warehousing.

At each critical stage, Mr. Li gave detailed on‑site explanations, helping the customers clearly understand the technical essentials and quality control measures for every process. The Iraqi delegation nodded in approval throughout and fully affirmed our advanced equipment and stringent process standards.

The final stop was the finished product storage area, where the delegation inspected the stock of ductile iron pipes, as well as the surface quality and anti‑corrosion coatings of the finished products. The well‑organised layout, complete range of specifications, ample on‑hand inventory, and efficient warehousing and logistics system fully demonstrated our large‑scale production and supply capability, giving the customers a more intuitive and reassuring understanding of our delivery performance and quality assurance.

This on‑site visit by the Iraqi delegation is a strong endorsement of our comprehensive strength in the overseas market. As a professional enterprise engaged in R&D, production, and sales of ductile iron pipes, we have earned wide trust from domestic and international customers through our superior product quality, advanced production technology, and comprehensive supporting services.
